With it's buying legislation to it's anti-piracy enabled distribution of CD's, which according to Phillips, the company whose standard determines what a CD is, these new music discs are not, to it's attempt to dictate what you can do with your property, the cluelessness continues.

Howard Schmidt is being sent to the government, Former DoJ cybercrime prosecutor Scott Charney is the new security czar at Redmond. This will certainly help with litagation, but i don't remember Scott Charney and code in the same sentence anywhere on the web.
