Well the media moguls are at it again. Replay TV is another device to allow you to control how you consume Television. So they are being sued by the usual suspects.

If it is digital and expressable in bits it can be futzed with by your local computer geeks. It is not our fault the media moguls never got HDTV off the ground, nor are we keeping them from a new class of consumer electronics like the phonograph.
