The Broadcast Protection Discussion Group is an 'entertainment' industry group that hopes to end run the political process by using the FCC to adopt a series of 'reasonable' sounding measures to produce the same result as the Consumer Broadband and Digital Television Promotion Act which would effectivity let Hollywood dictate to the technology industry, using the FCC as the Digital Mob's legbreakers, what they can produce in consumer electronics.
