They are still not getting it. Editor & Publisher Online is a site for folks in the news business. Recently a story by Steven Outing noted the dissatisfaction by the newspapers that bought into the Knight Ridder Digital clone concept.

The Christian Science Monitor has a column called the Monitor Breakfast. This Column has Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld answering questions. About 2/3 the way down is this quote:
